The 21 and 22 March saw the return of the annual Senior Dance Festival, which wowed audiences with a staggering repertoire of dance genres and performances, with over 90 pupils taking to the stage.
The latest talk in our RGS series was given by Dr Michael Brooke, Curator of Ornithology at the University of Cambridge's Museum of Zoology, entitled 'Far from land: Our knowledge of what seabirds do at sea'.
Navaneeth Hari Krishnan (U6) and Ben Groat (U6) both obtained Gold Awards in the Second Round of the Physics Olympiad. In addition, in the Lower Sixth, all pupils participating in the Physics Olympiad obtained an award.
Our rowers competed successfully at recent events, with 5 out of 6 Boats in the top 10 at Schools Head of the River Race and the Junior Sculling Head at Dorney Lake.
Last weekend Grace Chan (L6) and Joslyn Lo (L6) went to Oxford to take part in the National School Finals of the Oxford Schools Debating Competition, the largest British Parliamentary debating competition in the UK.
Several pupils taking part in the Youth STEMM Award recently took part in a lesson with U3 pupils, taking up the challenge to answer STEMM questions posed by the Lower School pupils.
