Sixth Form pupils Ivy and Maisie have been enjoying leading the all-new Community Service placement, delivering free yoga and mindfulness sessions in local primary schools.

As part of our World Book Day Celebrations back in March, Norwich School Library organised a Book Drive for the literacy charity Children's Book Project.

We are so proud of ON and former Head of School, Head of School, Alice-Lily Nnene, who can be seen showcasing her musical talents in Norfolk this Easter! 

This Easter, ON Josh Kohler and his father George, set out on an exciting adventure in which they aim to bike 4000 miles across the USA!

We are delighted that Norwich painter, Geoffrey Lefever, is celebrating his landmark birthday with a major retrospective exhibition  of his work in our very own Crypt Gallery.

Many congratulations to three U6 pupils on their recent success in winning awards from the Norfolk Cambridge Society. This prestigious award scheme is an annual essay competition open to all Year 13 pupils in Norfolk who have been awarded a conditional offer to study at Cambridge University. 

On 24 March 2022, a large cast of Lower Fourth pupils staged a slightly adapted version of Alan Ayckbourn’s ‘Ernie’s Incredible Illucinations’.

The 21 and 22 March saw the return of the annual Senior Dance Festival, which wowed audiences with a staggering repertoire of dance genres and performances, with over 90 pupils taking to the stage.

The latest talk in our RGS series was given by Dr Michael Brooke, Curator of Ornithology at the University of Cambridge's Museum of Zoology, entitled 'Far from land: Our knowledge of what seabirds do at sea'. 

The Chess Team played the Regional Final of the National Schools' Chess Championship on Monday 21 March.

Navaneeth Hari Krishnan (U6) and Ben Groat (U6) both obtained Gold Awards in the Second Round of the Physics Olympiad. In addition, in the Lower Sixth, all pupils participating in the Physics Olympiad obtained an award. 

On Friday 18 March, Norwich School's annual Jazz Night returned for a fantastic evening of exceptional music, food and dancing.

Our rowers competed successfully at recent events, with 5 out of 6 Boats in the top 10 at Schools Head of the River Race and the Junior Sculling Head at Dorney Lake.

Last weekend Grace Chan (L6) and Joslyn Lo (L6) went to Oxford to take part in the National School Finals of the Oxford Schools Debating Competition, the largest British Parliamentary debating competition in the UK. 

Several pupils taking part in the Youth STEMM Award recently took part in a lesson with U3 pupils, taking up the challenge to answer STEMM questions posed by the Lower School pupils. 

On Wednesday 16 March, pupils from L5 - U6 heard from visiting speaker Hope Virgo, who held a number of sessions throughout the day.

18 L6 pupils took part in a day-long series of workshops led by the SAW (Science, Art and Writing) Trust.

The Norwich School Dance Company return as Regional Champions from the Great Big Dance Off and now move on to the national competition.

Pupils performed strongly in the final race of the East Anglian League.

On Saturday 12th March, we had the pleasure of welcoming 25 Year 5 pupils from local schools and their parents for an intensive Maths Masterclass.
