Friends of Norwich School

The Friends of Norwich School

The Friends community incorporates past pupils and their parents, current parents and anyone in the wider community who has an interest in Norwich School. This diversity is represented in the committee membership.

Friends Events

Social activities at school are organised by a team made up of current parents and supported by the Friends Committee. Sinead Merron is now heading up the Events team. The Friends events committee meets once a month in the evening and is open to everyone. Please email if you would like to attend or have ideas for an event.

The Friends of Norwich School are busy arranging a host of events of interest for the entire school community, including our ON's. There is a summary of events in the diary already which we would love you to join us for and we are always looking for ideas from the school community for events you are interested in us sourcing, or you would like us to arrange.

To find out more about upcoming events and to book visit our events page.

2nd hand uniform shop

Volunteer Friends run a second-hand uniform shop for the Friends of Norwich School.

The income generated by the sale of second-hand uniform supports a variety of projects for pupils within the school and is a very useful service for parents and pupils alike.

The Friend’s Clothing Shop is located next to the Music School in The Close. The shop is adjacent to the music practice chalets, to the right of 71a Reception, behind the stone wall. Signage will be apparent during opening times. The dates are published in the School Term Diary and on Parent Portal (under School Information/School Uniform), and are listed below.

The shop is open from 4 pm - 4.45 pm on weekdays and 10 am - 12 noon on Saturdays. We accept cash, cheque or debit/credit cards for payment. We have a small changing room so pupils are welcome to come along and try items with or without parents/guardians.
