On 8 December 2022 we were delighted to host the East of England branch of the Royal Geographical Society (RGS) in our Blake Studio for the fourth time this term, for their annual Christmas lecture.

This Term over two trips in November and December, L6 Business Enterprise classes have been working at Hethel Engineering Centre, to understand the process of starting up a business.

The Junior Dance and Drama Showcase is set to perform on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th of December. The junior showcase is a collection of junior dance and junior drama intertwined into one spectacular show of wonder and magic.

Norwich School marked the international day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on 25th November. Lead by Feminist Society pupils presented an assembly about the importance of the day and participated in a Reclaim the Night vigil on Friday evening.

This week Norwich School Marked International Men’s Day. Upper Sixth pupil Alex Illing presented a talk in the cathedral and a further presentation on important information regarding international men’s day, men’s mental health and resources was shown in tutorials.

Over Half term six groups braved the Yorkshire Dales for the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Expedition. Consisting of four days of walking and four nights of sleeping in tents each group did tremendously well to face the harsh weather and long expedition.
