As part of the ongoing range of creative experiences being given to our A&D scholars, we decided to take them to see Rachel Wagstaff's new adaptation of Agatha Christie's The Mirror Cracked at Norwich Theatre Royal on Tuesday 8th November.

Five do Art are welcomed into the Crypt with their exhibition this week, running between 9th to the 19th of November from 10am-5pm. Closed Sun and open until 8.30pm on Thursday 17th.

A group of 10 Lower Sixth pupils received training from The Norfolk Reading Project this week in how to read phonetically, break down words into phonic sounds and techniques in order to become effective 1-1 reading support teachers.

Last Friday the school's Charities Committee organised a Home Clothes Day. Pupils were invited to come into school in their home clothes and were encouraged to make a donation for the charity.

The start of the new Academic Year has been a busy one for the Boy Cathedral Choristers, especially with the sad passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II.  This meant that they had to hastily learn new music for the rearranged services. The Choristers sang for the County’s Memorial Service on Thursday 15th September when around 2,000 packed the Cathedral, with many watching via the Cathedral’s You Tube live stream.

Here at Norwich School, there is so much happening to mark Black History Month. Events kicked off with a talk from the Round Table society regarding Black History within the UK and we caught up with our Equity, Diversion and inclusion officer Amber Scott to interview her about what to expect this month.

Last night we were delighted to welcome families from across Norfolk to our Sixth Form Open Evening, during which we were hugely proud and excited to launch our new bursary scheme, with the aim of unlocking pupil potential and providing a transformational educational experience.
