Current Norwich School pupil Roo Sergent (M5,Valpy) and his brother, ON Raph Sergent (13-20), have been undertaking a rowing challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. 

The Christmas video brought together Christmas Carols performed by our very own school choirs, messages from ONs across the globe and some special guest appearances from staff members past and present.

The annual Norwich School Christmas Carol Service premiered on Sunday 6^th December. As with many events this year, the 2020 Carol Service looked a little different, taking place in a virtual format, with music and readings pre-recorded.

Last week, four of our Art History pupils from the 6th form competed in the Internal Heats of the ARTiculation Prize; a public speaking initiative designed to foster an appreciation of art and visual culture.

Norwich School is proud to be supporting our charity partner Friend In Deed in their latest exciting project to ensure our older generations are not forgotten.

Now in its 18th year, the Norfolk Summer School continues to support some of the region's most aspiring state school Year 12 pupils in their preparation for university study.

This week, pupils and staff have marked Remembrance Day across both the Lower and Senior School.

Pupils have been creating cards and poems for the birthday one of the school’s oldest living Old Norvicensian, Tony Holmes (ON 34-37), who celebrates his 100^th birthday on Friday 13^th November.

Over the half-term break, Norwich School pupils have had some fantastic individual sporting successes.  

The second virtual Making Musicians recital took place on Tuesday 10 November in the Norwich School Chapel. Making Musicians is a developmental arts enrichment programme for exceptional musical talent. 

U6 pupil and Head of School, Alice-Lily Nnene, had her original song 'Normal Paradise' played on BBC Introducing in Norfolk.

Tatler magazine have featured Norwich School in their Schools Guide 2021.

Norwich School pupils studying Modern Foreign Languages recently had the opportunity to write and enter a poem into the ‘Mother Tongue Other Tongue’ poetry competition.

Talented singer-songwriter and former pupil, Juliette Kelly (17-19), who performs under the name Jules, has been selected as the Norfolk representative for BBC Introducing Live.

This half term, a group of talented L4s and U4s created a series of short performances based off famous poems in this half term's 4th Form play of 'It Couldn't Be Done'.

ON and former 1^st XV Captain Freddie Steward (09-19) visited the school on Tuesday to present two England shirts to the school.

Saturday saw the concluding rounds of our intra-school rugby competitions.

Pupils and staff across the school have been marking World Mental Health Day with a range of activities and fundraising initiatives.

The passing of time was marked in Norwich Cathedral on Sunday as three Lower 5 ex-Choristers received their Valediction, five Lower School Probationer Choristers were admitted as New Choristers and Ben Griffiths was installed as Head Chorister.
