There has been a good start to the rugby 7s this half term with 2 u18 tournaments and 1 under 14 tournament so far. A good performance Northampton Saints 7s for the U18s served as good preparation for the County Cup on Tuesday. 

In a pool with Langley, Eastern College and Reepham High, Norwich cruised through in first place winning all 3 pool matches. Some highlights included some eyecatching running by Sam Leeming, Ethan Ashton and Ollie Shipp with some industrious play from Ed Tremelling, Nana Bekoe and Dexter Limpenny. Topping the pool lead to a straight final against the pool 2 leaders Wymondham College who had an impressive win vs Greshams to earn the top spot on the other side of the draw. 

We were able to hold on after a brilliant start going up by 3 tries early on eventually winning 22-14 with all four tries scored by Ollie Shipp. 

Man of the tournament was Dexter Limpenny
