Visitors from the Stone Age came to Norwich Lower School this week and invited Lower 2 into their animal hide tent. They told them the story of humans over hundreds of thousands of years, from the Paleolithic Era to the Bronze Age, a story reflected in the rich paintings decorating the interior of their tent.
L3 Pupil, Eva Kaul, has taken the time to write her account of their trip to Kentwell Hall. In her writing, Eva's fun and exciting account makes the readers feel as if they have also been transported back to the Tudor times.
Last Tuesday the Lower School were delighted to welcome Karen Li, and her husband Tak, who shared their fantastic story ‘The Golden Mango Tree’ in an after-school workshop.
A wonderful evening of music on Thursday 21 September in the Lower School Hall as the Informal Concerts series kicked off with performances from pupils in Upper 3.
On Tuesday 19th September, the Upper Ones had an exciting school trip to Amazona Zoo in Cromer as part of their learning about the rainforests this term.
On Friday 30 June, the Lower School hosted their second-ever Lock-In fundraising event, which saw 110 pupils spend the night at school in support of the charity Street Child.
On Wednesday 29 June in the afternoon, we invited the grandparents of Upper Three children to the Lower School. The children came out of class to greet their grandparents, enjoying light refreshments together.
On Friday 23 June, the Lower School School Council were joined by members of the Senior School Charities Committee during their final meeting of the year.
