Lower School news

Pre-Prep had the pleasure of a visit from the animals at Wild Science Ltd. 

The Lower School delivered an amazing variety of presents to the Benjamin Foundation who will distribute them to the young people supported by the charity. 

On the 25th November we held a Funky Woodland Accessories Day during which we raised £202.50 for The Woodland Trust charity.

Over the course of two days, Upper One and Lower Two attended a science and technology workshop building their very own city and castles out of Lego bricks. 

Upper Two had to use their Math's skills to solve the escape room box! 

ON Freddie Steward returned to the Lower School to present his England U18's shirt. The excited U7 rugby players were keen to meet him and talk about his success. 

On the 30th September, the Lower Three pupils went to Aylmerton Field Study Centre for a day of team building and enjoying nature. 

Upper Three were involved in a workshop learning all about the Science of Happiness! 

Upper Two enjoyed a day learning about the past using archaeology methods. 

On Thursday 17th September the Lower School came together to support Jeans for Genes Day and raised a fantastic £665!

Our Lower Two pupils enjoyed a visit from time-travellers, Twig and Memma, from the Stone Age. 

As is tradition at the Lower School, the new Lower Two pupils spent time on their first day visiting the Cathedral Cloisters. 

Norwich Lower School pupil, Himash, has won a Champion of Champions award in a national language competition.

Upper Three pupil Romily has her Dali-inspired artwork featured on a national learning website. 

Lower School pupils have been writing letters of friendship to local care home residents, with 140 messages being delivered to older people in total.

Lower School pupils have found innovative ways to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day.

Norwich Lower School have received an update about Anwen the koala from Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.

Upper 1 pupils were recently challenged to make bug habitats for their remote learning science topic, resulting in some fantastic creations. 

Pupils in the Lower School have been asked over Easter to look out for the shape of letters appearing in everyday items

Norwich School pupils last week have embraced the theme of mindfulness and wellbeing as part of their activities in aid of Sport Relief 2020.
