On Friday 30 June, the Lower School hosted their second-ever Lock-In fundraising event, which saw 110 pupils spend the night at school in support of the charity Street Child.

The children stayed after school and took part in a range of sporting and craft activities before enjoying a dinner of take-away pizza and then transforming their classrooms into their bedrooms for the night. 

Despite limited sleep, the event was a resounding success, creating lasting memories and raising substantial funds for Street Child. Our support will help to give children in west African countries better access to education and learning and this builds upon previous fundraising with Street Child whereby we helped to fund the implementation of three schools in Sierra Leone.
