To mark Global Running Day, the Lower School track was a hive of activity! 

Runners from the Lower School were invited to run four laps before school as part of Global Running Day.
This also coincided with Early Morning Running Club being taken over by Dr Richardson and his prep for sports day - challenging the group with 200m interval training.

EMRC member Mrs Hill said: "My average pace during the session rocketed from our normal early morning riverside runs! We even had a Lower School pupil join us for the athletics session too."

Well done to everyone who took part, it was fabulous to see pupils from both parts of the school enjoying a shared love of running!
