Lower Three take on the Norfolk Lakes

23 November 2022

Lower Three spent three rainy days trying new activities at Norfolk Lakes Activity Centre near Lyng.

Teamwork was high on the agenda with encouragement to try every activity coming from peers and teachers. On the water we went on a giant canoe, a giant stand-up paddle board and worked together to build a raft which we tested out successfully. We supported each other while climbing, swinging and crawling on the Low Ropes and on the challenging Obstacle Course. For the Blind Trail we wore blacked out goggles and followed a rope and guidance from each other to complete the course. We also enjoyed Team Games, Orienteering and the Climbing Wall. Wet weather and mud didn’t dampen our enthusiasm, and if anything increased the enjoyment when we had the freedom to crawl through the mud on some of the courses!
