It was National Bring Your Bear to school day this week and Lower School pupils were thrilled to have the opportunity to bring their Teddy bears with them to school for the day.

It was an absolute delight to welcome parents to the first of the Lower School informal concerts this term, which took place last night in the School Hall.

We love sharing the incredible and imaginative creative writing our children come up with, so this year we decided to create a dedicated book simply titled Norwich Lower School Book of Short Stories! 

Reception and Lower One were invited to sing to the residents at The Great Hospital and what a fantastic visit it was! 

What a wonderful day Lower One enjoyed at Sutton Hoo! Having studied Anglo-Saxons in the classroom, pupils were keen to get to Sutton Hoo and explore the site and artefacts for themselves. 

Norwich Lower School pupils have been getting creative and celebrating Norwich by producing bite-size postcard poems about their favourite places around the city!

Last week Upper One pupils spent the day out of the classroom and under the sunshine at Whitlingham Lake.

On 14 June, pupils from the whole of the Lower School took to the stage at St Andrew's Hall for their end of year musical performances. 

On 20 June 2022, pupils from Boutcher School in London travelled up to Norwich School to perform in a summer concert with our Lower School Camber Choir. 

On a sunny Thursday afternoon, Upper 3 were able to invite their grandparents to the Lower School for the first time since Trinity Term 2019.  

The sun shone brightly for Lower 2's trip to the Queen's Sandringham Estate last week.

As we prepare for a nationwide celebration to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee we thought we would share what we’ve been doing to help our community celebrate this unique occasion. 

We are delighted to announce that Norwich Lower School Eco Council have achieved their Eco Schools Green Flag status once again!

On 11 May, the Upper 2 travelled to the beautiful city of Cambridge to visit the Fitzwilliam Museum, as well as the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

Norwich Lower School has been announced as the first MIND Partner School in a pioneering partnership that has created a new accreditation for primary and prep schools.

On April 25th, 40 very excited members of the Chamber Choir arrived in London to take part in the 25th Anniversary Concert of ‘Young Voices’ at the O2.
