 Norwich Lower School pupils have been collecting food for the Trussell Trust Food bank, as part of the reverse advent calendar campaign. The produce was delivered by pupils in early December.

The school's Business Enterprise department have had the great pleasure to work on their first partnership project with Mile Cross Primary School and City College Norwich, in a Dragons’ Den competition. The Year 5 pupil Dragons’ Den competition saw Mile Cross pupils face real life business dragons, alongside Norwich School Sixth Form pupils.

'Fran Ellington's dream became a reality when construction and landscaping on the Grapes Hill Community Garden began in late 2010. Now, the gardens grow organic fruit, vegetables, herbs and ornamental shrubs and flowers to make a garden attractive to people and wildlife.'

They hear from three speakers, Wendy Addison (pictured), Andy Fisher and Kimberley Morrison. Norwich School Green Group have been busy growing onions in the school allotment this half term, they grew so many that they could provide the school refectory with two bags full!
