Our Children’s Yoga Community Service programme has enjoyed some successful visits to local primary schools and nurseries recently.

Annie Syme (L6) and Georgia Pegg (L6) have designed and taught their very own yoga lesson based on the story of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. This week we visited White House Farm Primary School in Sprowston where the two Reception classes took part in the yoga and mindfulness sessions. The children listened really well to instructions and enthusiastically got involved in the lessons, with some wonderful feedback...
