Mr Wilson leads the Biology Department at Norwich School, where he has served as Head of Biology since September 2020. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Biochemistry, a PGCE in Secondary Science and an MEd degree in Science Education.

Mr Wilson enjoys working with pupils across all year groups and is keen to develop engaging and supportive classroom environments. As part of the 4th Form tutor team Mr Wilson plays an active role in the pastoral life of the school and enjoys the opportunity to offer guidance and support to individual pupils throughout their school journey. Previously as Assistant Director of Studies at another leading independent school Mr Wilson was responsible for a range of curriculum-based and pupil-centred aspects of school leadership.

At Norwich School he continues to champion a broad education that extends beyond the classroom through keen support of pupils’ co-curricular activities, including his role as a Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition assessor.
