Pupil Voice

Pupil voice ensures that children are active participants in the life and development of their school. Through councils, representatives, surveys and discussion, pupils learn to express ideas clearly, listen to different viewpoints and consider what is realistic and fair. Their contributions can shape events, charitable activity, clubs, environmental priorities and aspects of day-to-day school life. Seeing ideas taken seriously builds confidence and responsibility, while also helping leaders understand the school through the experience of its pupils.
