Hi! I’m Lily and I’m this year’s Red Gown for Female Leadership and Equality. I joined Norwich School in 2024 for Sixth Form, and I’m studying Psychology, Business, and 3D Design. I aspire to become a detective, so I’m passionate about leadership and communication—especially helping young women find their voices and fight for what’s right.

This year, I’m launching NewGen Women, a series of sessions for younger girls focused on confidence, ambition, and real talk around power, feminism, and wellbeing. I’m also determined to lead Reclaim the Night 2025—a powerful student vigil raising awareness of gender-based violence.

I play 1st XI hockey, love dance, and was part of the Charities Committee in L6. I’m really excited to keep making an impact this year and help create opportunities for change for young women—teaching them to challenge what holds them back and grow into the most confident versions of themselves.
