A modern languages graduate, she taught English in France before beginning her career in the fast-paced world of City banking—a brief stint that led her into sales and marketing in telecoms and boat-building. A chance conversation sparked a shift to librarianship, where she discovered a passion for supporting young people. Managing a school careers library inspired her to train as a careers guidance professional. Since joining Norwich School in 2016, Helen has relished helping students explore their post-A level options - be it university, work-based learning, employment, or time out for growth. She thrives on guiding pupils toward fulfilling futures.
