Mrs Cracknell is in her third decade of teaching the guitar at Norwich School and joined the teaching staff as a music teacher in 2020. Born in Norfolk, she learned classical guitar with her father before studying at the Royal Academy of Music.

Having enjoyed a solo performing career, including concerto performances around the country and a solo recital in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, she performs locally with a variety of orchestras, bands, operatic societies and small ensembles.

At Norwich School, she runs bands and guitar ensembles, organises events and concerts for guitar pupils and teaches L4 and U4 music.
