The buddy system helps pupils form reassuring connections beyond their immediate class. Our oldest Lower School pupils in Upper 3 are paired with every new pupil joining the school, including children in the Early Years. Shared activities allow relationships to develop naturally, giving younger pupils a familiar face and positive role model while offering older children meaningful opportunities to demonstrate patience, kindness and leadership. The system supports transition, builds confidence and helps every child feel part of one connected school.
