Barny Pearce

Mr Barny Pearce discovered his passion for teaching on placement in rural South Africa, before reading Social & Political Sciences (BA Hons) at Cambridge. For over a decade, he has supported pupils through every stage of the university applications process, previously leading UCAS programmes and coordinating competitive applications support across the whole of Norfolk. He now leads Norwich School’s Apply+ programme, providing bespoke, wrap-around support for pupils applying to the most competitive academic courses requiring admissions tests and interviews. He is an accomplished teacher of Politics, History and Business, having delivered staff training and mentoring as a lead practitioner. He also runs Symposium, Norwich School’s pioneering interdisciplinary social science research and presentation society.
