The Art Studio gives pupils the freedom to explore materials, techniques and ideas in a space created for practical, imaginative work. Children learn to observe closely, make purposeful choices and express themselves with increasing confidence through drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and mixed media. Projects are shaped by artists, cultures and the world around them, helping pupils to develop both technical skill and an individual creative voice. The emphasis is on curiosity and experimentation, so that every child can experience the satisfaction of turning an idea into something original and personal.
