An Impressive Annual Scholars Showcase
May 13, 2026
Norwich School hosted our annual Scholars Showcase on Wednesday 13th May. In total 21 pupils, including Lower 4, Upper 4 and Lower 5 academic scholars and additional participants in the Youth STEMM Award, presented academic posters for discussion. The posters displayed pupil-led research on the general theme of "a date of historical significance", with titles including: When the White House Burned; The First Moon Landing; Lifesaving Mould; and The First Flight on Mars.
Staff, parents and pupils engaged with the presenters on their chosen content which was assessed by a judging team consisting of Mr Grant (Assistant Head - Teaching and Learning), Mrs Stevenson (Director of Norwich School Marketing) and Edward Brightwell (Current U6 Academic Scholar). Edward then entertained us all with his keynote lecture on "How Glorious was the Glorious Revolution?" detailing the end of the reign of King James II.
While the standard throughout was phenomenal, we are pleased to recognise the following participants in particular for the quality of their contributions:
