Upper Three were involved in a workshop learning all about the Science of Happiness!

The Museum of Happiness is a non-profit social enterprise which aims to teach people of all ages and backgrounds more about the essence of happiness and well-being. They state that they are on a mission to share the art and science of happiness in playful and reflective ways.

Upper Three were given science-based techniques which they can implement in their everyday lives. They all had great fun, whilst studying the fundamentals of our own emotions and the emotions of others around us.
