Senior School Admissions

For entry in 2026

To apply for a place at Norwich Senior School, please complete the appropriate online registration form below.

If you wish to discuss mid-year admission, please get in touch with the Admissions Team.

Whilst the main application deadline has passed (10 December each year), late applications can be considered should places remain available in year groups.  Please contact the Admissions Team to discuss further.

Shortly after we receive an application, you will receive a formal acknowledgment with further information about the admissions process.

Children applying to the Senior School during the main admissions cycle will undertake a digital assessment, a short-written assessment, a variety of group-based activities, and an individual conversation with a member of the teaching staff. For late applicants, we will make individual arrangements.

A reference from your child’s current school will be sought ahead of the assessments and we will also ask your child to complete a co-curricular form – these form an important part of the process and decision making.

Scholarship assessments will take place on separate dates, and more information will be provided (along with application forms) to those applicants who opt in for these.

The bursary process runs alongside the admissions process, and further details will be sent to families applying for financial assistance.

Decision letters are sent in the post at the end of the Lent Half term, in mid-February. These will also include the outcomes of any scholarship and bursary applications.
