On Monday evening, over 200 people came to hear 22 members of the Upper Sixth deliver presentations about their Gold Independent Projects.
Across six venues, audiences heard presentations that ranged from the performing arts to the humanities, from the social to the physical sciences and there were opportunities for questions and discussion. It was an event that celebrated deep and scholarly engagement, independence, and the joy of learning unrestrained by exam curricular. The pupils are to be congratulated for their impressive work, seeing through these projects from their inception last year to their full realisation this term.
