Congratulations to Norwich School pupils who took part in the Norfolk County Youth Orchestra’s concert at St Peter Mancroft Church on 26th October.
Daniel Cracknell (who has recently been installed as the orchestra’s leader), Julian Pe, Alena Lai, Eleanor McGuire, Tristan McCardel and Eugene Mak joined musicians from schools across the county, following a residential course at Gresham’s School. The repertoire included the Orchestral Suites from Carmen.
Further congratulations go to Tristan McCardel, who has also recently been selected to play the tuba in the National Youth Orchestra. This is one of several instruments that Tristan plays with great proficiency.
