We are pleased to announce GCSE results for 2023. 

Outstanding individual performances include:

•     2 candidates with 12 x 9; 
•     11 candidates with 10 x 9 or more;
•     20 candidates with 8 x 9 or more;
•     30 candidates with 9 x 8 or 9 or more.

Steffan Griffiths, Head, commented, “This cohort has done extremely well:  they have generated strong grades, while also maintaining significant involvement in the wider life of the school. I offer heartfelt congratulations to them all. I should also like to pay tribute to the professionalism and care of the teachers who have guided our pupils to these impressive results.” 

The Head of 5th Form, Andrew Curtis, said, “I am delighted with the grades achieved by our Upper Fifth. They have been terrific members of our community and now have exciting Sixth Form journeys ahead of them. I trust they will enjoy celebrating with their families who have offered important support in recent months.”
