On Thursday October 26, Dalia Courridge's Art Exhibition and Auction titled "Catharsis" is displayed at The Crypt Gallery. Courridge's works are deeply personal and explorative, using the act of painting as forms of self-expression and healing. 

Courridge writes,

“Two years ago, I took up painting as a therapeutic outlet for my anxiety. This exhibition is a deeply personal experience, offering a glimpse into my private emotions and artistic journey. I'm opening a window into my soul, inviting you to see the world through my eyes and to experience the emotions that have guided my artistic journey over these past two years.”

Dalia Courridge is a proud member of the '500 Club', a community of local businesses and organisations who work together to support one another whilst pledging their support for the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity. To date, they have had over 150 Norfolk businesses join.

Although entry to the Exhibition is free, 100% of profits from the event with be donated to the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity, a local charity committed to improving the experiences patients and their loved ones. Courridge has pledged to raise £1000 to support the charity's work; by attending this event and considering purchasing her artwork, you can become a part of this and help Courridge reach her goal. 

As well as raising money for this wonderful charity, Courridge hopes that her story as well as her works will encourage positive conversations about mental health and self-expression.
