The Lower School has been supporting the Benjamin Foundation Christmas Appeal for several years and we always receive fabulous support from the Lower School community. However, this year the response was even more generous than normal. Last week we delivered an amazing assortment of games, toys, chocolates, and toiletries suitable for children from toddlers, through teenage years and to the early 20s. The charity continues to support young people up to the age of 25. We also had many rolls of wrapping paper and gift bags donated so the volunteers were able to start sorting and wrapping the gifts immediately in readiness for Christmas. Every single gift will make a huge difference to someone’s life; when sorting presents, they take great care in matching the gift to the interests of a suitable recipient.   

Joshua, the charity’s Fundraising and Communications Coordinator, was delighted when we delivered the gifts to the Benjamin Foundation Head Office and said “Many thanks for donating such a fantastic collection of presents once again! Thank you for your continued and incredible support for our Christmas Appeal”
