On Tuesday evening the pupils of the Lower School enjoyed a thrilling evening of music making in the beautiful setting of Norwich Cathedral for their Michaelmas Concert.  A variety of vocal ensembles and instrumental groups delighted the audience which packed the Cathedral out.  Kicking off the concert in style, the Lower School Infant Choir gave rousing performances of Autumn is Here and brought some Cha Cha Cha to Life is Good.

Then came the instrumental groups featuring the LS String Ensemble performing Five Time, Guitar Group with the spooky March of the Phantoms and the Lower School Recorder Group playing Movie Buster and Lazy Cowboy followed by the Steel Pans bringing a touch of the Caribbean to a dusky November evening as they played from the back of the Cathedral and the sounds beautifully wafting throughout the building.

The concert concluded with the remaining vocal groups, Lower School Little Voices, School Choir and Chamber Choir.  A particular highlight of the concert was the School Choir performing the emotional Blinded by Your Grace by Stormzy.
