Academic Administrator

We are looking to recruit an Academic Administrator on a permanent, part time basis.

The post holder will work with the Academic Leadership Team, Admissions Team, and Heads of Department to manage and analyse academic data across the school, providing high‑quality information to support pupil progress, strategic decision‑making, and statutory reporting. This role also plays a central part in the annual timetabling cycle, ensuring accurate, responsive, and efficient timetable administration.

The salary for this post is £24,501 per annum. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week during term time plus 4 additional weeks per annum. Working hours will be agreed with the line manager. Flexibility in working hours and pattern is required to meet the changing needs of the school.

We have a strategic aim and commitment to increase the diversity of our staff body. We are passionate about the adults in our community being positive role models for pupils of all backgrounds and we also want our staff to reflect the diversity of our pupil body and wider society in general. We would therefore particularly welcome applicants who come from ethnically minoritised backgrounds.

Completed application form should be sent by email to HR at recruitment@norwich-school.org.uk by midnight on Monday 20th April 2026.
