Mrs Stephanie Grant has been at Norwich School since 2014, first as the Ogden Trust Teaching Fellow doing partnership work around Norfolk. This included organising a live link-up between Norfolk schools and British astronaut Tim Peake while he was on the International Space Station. She then moved into various roles including involving setting up the Academic Scholars' programme, and most recently as Assistant Head (Pupil Progress) since 2023. Her Physics degree is from Merton College, Oxford where her final year project was in Astrophysics. Avoiding labs in preference for time in a school during this degree led her to a PGCE at Oxford and then teaching posts in Hertfordshire and North London, during which time she also completed a part-time MSc in Teaching and Learning at Oxford, before moving to Norwich. She has been involved in outdoor education at different schools and her proudest recent academic achievement is getting an A in English A-level - with Mr Murray's excellent tutoring - in summer 2023.
