Olivia Middleton has been at Norwich School since 2017 and was Deputy Head of 4th Form before becoming Head of School House in 2023. She studied a BA in English Literature at the University of Sheffield, followed by a PGCE in Secondary English at the University of Exeter. She previously taught at an all-boys grammar school in Devon, before returning to her hometown of Norwich. She has taught across all year groups during her time at Norwich School and has a particular enthusiasm for teaching texts from the Romantic period (which was the focus of her university dissertation). In her free time, she enjoys reading novels from the fantasy genre.
