All M5 pupils recently sat the Biology Challenge competition. This is the precursor event to the Biology Olympiad competitions that are open to A Level pupils. The competition aims to challenge pupils beyond the biology taught in the classroom. 54 of our M5 pupils achieved either a Bronze, Silver or Gold certificate placing. There were 8 Gold certificates achieved which places each of these pupils in the top 5% of 41,000 pupils who participated from 550 schools worldwide.
