Norwich School's Inters and Seniors Sailing Club have greatly benefited from the addition of 12 buoyancy aids, funded by their grant from Friends of Norwich School. 

The buoyancy aids have been in constant use since they were purchased, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at NBYC - Norfolk Broads Yacht Club at Wroxham Broad.

They are a huge improvement as they are flexible, lightweight and streamlined. These are all essential when helming and crewing on the small sailing dinghies that the pupils use. As a consequence, the pupils benefit considerably from the generous funding of FONS, which enabled the school to purchase 12 Musto Buoyancy Aids.

These exciting new additions will be on show at two sailing events this term:

The Suffolk Shiver at Alton Water, Suffolk.

The UEA Unicorn team racing event at NBYC on 16 & 17 March.
