Assistant SENDCO

We are looking for a suitably qualified, inspiring individual to work within the Learning Support department at our Senior School. The position is permanent, over 37 weeks, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is between £22,283 - £24,526 pa depending on skills and experience (£27,222 – £29,962 pa, full time equivalent).

The Assistant SENDCO will provide support to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) or who are otherwise in need of additional support and will support the Head of Learning Support (SENDCO) in ensuring efficient and effective management of SEND provision.

The successful candidate will have outstanding personal qualities and will be fully involved in all aspects of this thriving co-educational, independent day school, which is located in the Cathedral Close in the centre of this vibrant city.
