Prizegiving 2019

09 September 2019

Last Friday, parents, pupils and staff gathered in Norwich Cathedral for the annual Prizegiving service. It was a chance to reflect on the successes of the last academic year and to congratulate pupils on their achievements in both academic subjects and extra-curricular activities.

The event began with a welcome from the Reverend Canon of Norwich Cathedral, Aidan Platten, followed by addresses from the Chairman of Governors, the Head Master and the Head of School & Deputy Heads of School.

The Principal Guest was Dr Emma Pooley (ON 99-01). Emma was at Norwich School for Sixth Form and has since gone on to qualify as a doctor and compete as a GB cyclist at both the World Championships and the Olympics. It was fantastic to welcome her back to the school to inspire the congregation with her story
