Norwich School's Choral Society comes together with the London Mozart Players for special concert

23 March 2017

Last Wednesday saw Norwich School’s Choral Society perform their annual spring concert. The choir collaborated with the world-renown London Mozart Players for the first time for a special concert at St Andrews Hall.

The Norwich School Choral Society has run (in various guises) for decades. The choir goes from strength to strength each year, and they have tackled some demanding repertoire in recent years. 200 singers (ranging in age from 12 – 92 years old) took to the stage to perform Vivaldi’s Gloria, Mozart’s Ave Verum, Adagio for Strings by Barber, and Allain’s setting of Vespers, alongside the London Mozart Players.

The choir committee want to thank all those involved in the concert, the sponsors, 200 plus audience, the performers and all those who supported what was a fantastic evening of music.
