The Amnesty group invited Maia Michaliszyn to speak on "Socio-political messages in contemporary art". ⁠ ⁠

The Amnesty group was accompanied, and assisted, by the L6 Art Scholars. Once Maia delivered her illustrated talk, the students divided into groups in order to discuss and produce their own artwork on four major issues: Gender, race, disability, and the refugee crisis.

Pupils started putting their ideas on the huge panels in the second half of the workshop and will be back to finish their fabulous creation, which will be displayed at school.
