Future leaders Ismay Whitaker (U6R) and Virinchi Velchuru (U6C), as well as ten other young people from Norfolk schools, have completed a unique leadership programme designed to grow and inspire the next generation of business and community leaders. 

Nelsonspirit Future Leaders Crew is a leadership programme designed for young people who live in Norfolk and who aspire to be the leaders of tomorrow in business, charities or public service. This was the first year of the leadership programme. Ismay Whitaker (U6R) and Virinchi Velchuru (U6C) were selected by business and community 'leaders of today'. 

Head Master, Steffan Griffiths, said "These outstanding young people come from different backgrounds across Norfolk; the common ingredient is exciting leadership potential. This inspirational programme gives such talent the chance to learn both from today's leaders and each other."
