Norwich School pupils from Intermediate Orchestra are invited at the beginning of each academic year to an afternoon’s workshop at Town Close School, Norwich School took 23 musicians this year. Also participating this year were pupils from Norwich High School, Greshams and Town Close. 

Mrs Suzie Koczur, the music teacher at Town Close, led two hours of intensive work on 5 pieces of music, ranging from themes from The Lion King to Rock around the Clock. The pupils enjoyed working together in such a large group of their peers and after two hours performed a short concert for parents. 

It’s a wonderful, inspiring way to start off the year for the Intermediate Orchestra, with thanks to Town Close School.
