Norwich School are celebrating another strong year of GCSE results, with pupils achieving the highest number of A* grades (or 8/9 equivalent in English/English Literature) since 2013. Almost 75% of all grades awarded were at A*- A.

Head Master, Steffan Griffiths commented “At a time of considerable change with regards to GCSE, achieving 47% at A* and 74% at A*-A demonstrates Norwich School’s reliable national reputation as one of the highest achieving co-educational day schools. Such performances come from lots of hard work by pupils and their teachers, supported both by their families and a framework of strong pastoral care at school. Well done to all for this great team effort!”

Mark Barber, Assistant Head (5th form), said “This is a great set of results. What is even more impressive is that that many of our pupils have achieved top grades whilst excelling in a huge variety of extra-curricular activities. I wish them all well for the Sixth Form where they can continue to enhance these interests further. Thanks must also go to parents and our teachers for their support.”
