Congratulations to the Norwich School chemistry team who took part in the Salters' Institute Festival of Chemistry, on Thursday 24th May.

The team were awarded first prize in the Salters' Challenge.

The three cathedral choirs from Norwich, Ely and Peterborough will be giving their first joint concert for more than 25 years in Norwich Cathedral as part of this year’s Norfolk & Norwich Festival on Thursday (24 May).

On May 12th Friends of Norwich School hosted their biggest fundraiser of the year, the May Ball. The Ball took place at the Norwich Castle Keep.

This year’s Norfolk Summer School is approaching fast. Over 120 Year 12 pupils from Norfolk schools and Sixth Forms will be joining us this year for the programme which offers advice and support to students who are aiming for some of the UK’s most competitive university places.

Norwich School pupils took part in the Race for Life Pretty Muddy 2018 on Saturday 12th May. Some pupils cartwheeled across the finish line ...and were in the top 10 finishers!

On Sunday 13th May two members of the Norwich School J14 girls rowing team travelled to Dorney Lake, to race at the Ball Cup (South). The day began with some tough racing in 1x and ended with success in the 2x.

The School Boat Club had an outstanding days racing at Bedford Regatta on Saturday 12th May.  The regatta is a side by side match, racing over 1200m with schools, clubs and universities from across the country.  Despite the early start and wet weather every year group impressed with their tenacity, skill and drive, firmly establishing an enviable competitive edge with the most wins on the day, of any Club present.

Norwich School pupil Madison Kelly spent the past weekend competing at the Norfolk County Athletic Championships, achieving some fantastic results.

On Sunday 6th May club sides from around Norfolk headed to Diss Rugby Club for the Norfolk Big Finals Day. This annual event is held on the last week of the club season and sees six cup finals played back to back. Norwich School had sixteen representatives in total.

On Saturday 5th May six members of the J15-Senior Girls squads travelled to Dorney Lake to race at the Junior Sculling Regatta.

Following success at the horse riding European Viewing Trials last week, Norwich School pupils Atiya and India Bussey have been selected to go to the Nations Cup Junior and Young Rider Show in Lamprechtschausen, Austria.

There were exceptional results for William Pank who came 1st overall. Impressive results also came from Josh Means who came 12th and Grace Pank came 57th (she is 2 years younger than most competitors).

The Cathedral Choirs of Norwich Cathedral Choir, Ely Cathedral Choir and Peterborough Cathedral Choir are combining for a concert in Norwich Cathedral on Thursday 24th May, as part of the N&N Festival.

On Thursday 26th April 4 students from Norwich School, Benji Fischer, William Walton, William Amies and Harry Peachment, traveled to Nottingham Warhammer World HQ for the Warhammer 40k School’s League National Semi-Final.
