Pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 went to the bookshop Bookbugs and Dragon Tales this week to spend their World Book Day (WBD) tokens.

They had lots of fun sharing stories in the shop, doing a dragon trail and choosing their WBD book.

They came back to school with two books each and a goody bag containing other book related information.

Reception teacher, Mr Rafftree, who accompanied the pupils, said:

"It was a really lovely trip and would love to go again."
