Everyone had a chance to speak in front of the rest of the school to explain who they had come as, with several pupils acting out their part. We had an amusing performance from Thing 1, 2 and 3 from Dr. Seuss. 

We had a huge variety of different characters, the most popular being from the Harry Potter books, David Walliam characters, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda and James Bond. There were also more unusual characters such as Miss Havisham, Pippi Longstocking and Captain Underpants. 

Staff didn't disappoint with appearances from Goldilock and the Three Bears, Fantastic Mr Fox and cat characters from three different books. 

During the day, some pupils took part in #shareastory to talk about their favourite book.
