At last year's Christmas Fair, the proceeds of £2650.50 were donated to the World Land Trust Fund. This charity was chosen by the School Council and the Eco-council after the children were inspired by watching Blue Planet 2. 

Sir David Attenborough is patron of this charity and Norwich Lower School proudly wrote to tell him that the World Land Trust would be able to purchase more than 25 acres of critically endangered land with our donation. 

The children and staff were delighted to recently receive a letter and photo from Sir David thanking our school for the magnificent donation.
