Lower 2 enjoyed a day at Banham Zoo as part of their Science Curriculum and it was also an excellent opportunity for the children to get to know each other a little better as this is a year group made up of entirely new pupils.

The children attended a workshop on 'Cubs, Nymphs and Larvae' as well as witnessing the incredible 'Birds of Prey' display which involved vultures flying so close to our heads that we could feel the breeze! We saw cheetahs being fed, sea lions playing and even managed to squeeze in a trip on the train.

All of the pupils came back with fascinating stories to tell and are thankful to the team at Banham Zoo for such a wonderful day.
