Alex Mitton plays for the U23 Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Team. He has just returned from tournaments in Tokyo and Dubai. He gave an inspirational talk in assembly demonstrating that achieving your goals is possible if you work hard and have determination. He also gave a coaching session to some of the F3 boys, who had a chance to try the sport. They agreed it was harder than they thought!
