Matches v Norwich High School
Under 14 A – Won 29-17
Player of the match: Lucy Hopgood and Zoe Shipley
We took a while to settle into the game and some unforced errors in the first quarter meant we found ourselves down 6 goals to 7. However we regained some composure in the second quarter and excellent movement from our shooters and superb interceptions and ball distribution from Lucy Hopgood allowed the team to notch up a small lead going into half time. The team played some excellent netball in the second half. We controlled the ball well and continually broke down the High School's possession. Zoe Shipley had to play out of position at goal keeper and coped with this change superbly. Her tight marking and decisive interceptions restricted the High School shooting opportunities.

Under 14 B – Won 11-7
Player of the match: Abi Lawrence
We started the first quarter strongly and managed to take a three goal lead very early on. Unfortunately as the first quarter progressed we started to become complacent, losing concentration and making it hard to keep control of the game, allowing the High School to bring the score level. The second quarter saw much of the same, with both teams rushing play in the mid court and making errors in the D. The High School were able to capitalise on their chances and went into the lead. The last two quarters were where we came into our own; the ball was moved through from defence to attack with ease allowing Elke Hall and Abi Lawrence to give us a clear lead. The girls fought hard and came away with a deserved win.
Under 14 C – Lost 5-11
Player of the match: Rishika Kauhal
This was an evenly matched game despite the final score. Tiredness set in in the final quarter which gave Norwich High the opportunity to pull away. Very energetic and spirited performance from Georgina Roberts and player of the match Rishika Kaushal.
